Are you a recent Graduate or in the process of completing your degree and wishing to embark upon a secondary teacher training programme in the future? Could you benefit from gaining invaluable experience within a classroom setting?
If so, Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with Essex secondary schools to offer a “Future Teachers programme” to graduates interested in a paid internship, for a fantastic insight into the world of teaching.

- Earn up to GBP350 per week
What is the Future Teacher Programme?
The Future Teachers Programme is designed to help address the teacher shortages across England & Wales by attracting bright graduates who are considering a career in teaching but wish to gain practical experience before enrolling in initial teacher training (ITT).
Schools taking part in the programme have the opportunity to enrol graduates onto their own Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme or help signpost them to a partner ITT provision. In doing so, they can secure a highly motivated graduate who will become a future member of the teaching team.

As a new graduate you can expect valuable hands-on experience and support from staff to help you build on your experience, marking and delivering lessons within your subject specialism. You will have the opportunity to provide one-to-one and small group interventions. You will also have the opportunity to progress onto a school’s direct placement upon successful completion.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
