We are seeking several budding graduates for a graduate teaching assistant role supporting a primary class with learning difficulties and autism in an 'OUTSTANDING' school in Uxbridge. This is a great opportunity for those seeking secure roles with career progression and staff development. The position is for an academic year minimum with permanent contracts offered on individual merit and focuses on one-to one and small group support, assesment and delivery of learning plans to pupils with autism.

Every academic year Teaching Personnel provide staff to over 5,000 schools delivering a national service on a local scale from our 70 branches with this specific role being one of many in West London


  • UK degree level education
  • Experience or proven interest supporting SEN, especially autism
  • Commitment to continued training and development
  • Live in borough of Hillingdon or in West London
  • Confident and resilient personality
  • Be able to adapt based on pupils needs

We focus heavily on staff development with regular training available throughout the job and additional subsidised courses in Team Teach, phonics and safeguarding.
