Job Title: Cover Supervisor (KS2/KS3) - Exciting Opportunities in Wimborne!
Pay Rate: £400-£450 per day
Start Date: September/ASAP (Once vetting completed)
Location: Wimborne

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide supervision for students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Foster a positive and orderly learning environment, ensuring student engagement and adherence to school policies.
- Manage classroom behavior and offer support to students in their learning activities.
- Provide guidance and assistance to students, answering questions and helping them understand the subject matter.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and support student progress.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students of various ages and abilities.
- Confidence and the ability to manage classroom dynamics and behavior.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subject areas and year groups.
- A positive attitude and a passion for supporting student learning and development.
- Previous experience working with young people or within an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
