Our Manchester secondary office is located in Manchester city centre, and services the majority of schools in the Greater Manchester area. Our client secondary schools are seeking Graduates to join their high achieving teaching teams, in Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor roles. The successful Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor will be able to display good behavioural management skills in small groups.

As a Teaching Assistant, your role will involve supporting pupils in the classroom by keeping them on task, on a 1:1 basis as well as in small groups. In addition to this you will be supporting pupils by providing intervention 1:1 and within small groups in your subject specialist area.

  • Pay rate £250 - £300 per week

As a Cover Supervisor, your role will involve providing cover by delivering pre planned lessons in the absence of the teacher. When cover is not needed, you will be providing intervention and support in your subject specialist area, on a 1:1 and small group basis.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
