Your Role: As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journeys of our students with complex needs. Working collaboratively with our experienced teaching staff, you will provide tailored support and guidance to students, helping them overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and build a strong foundation for their future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized education plans for students with complex needs.
  • Offer individualized assistance during classroom activities and independent study sessions.
  • Apply your knowledge of psychology to implement effective behavior management strategies and emotional support techniques.
  • Monitor student progress, provide insightful feedback to teachers and parents/guardians, and contribute to progress reports.
  • Foster an inclusive and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and engagement.
