We are currently experiencing a high demand for graduate Teaching / Learning Support Assistants in the Lincoln area, and are seeking graduates for a number of long and short term roles.

If you have a degree in any of the following subjects, we would love to hear from you:

  • Early Childhood Studies
  • Education Studies


We are urgently seeking an Education graduate for an exciting role at a Lincoln City Centre School, to work 4 hours per day, 5 days per week as a general classroom assistant within a year 5 class for the rest of the academic year. The role will include some small group intervention work.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude and be confident to work in a classroom environment. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
