Teaching Personnel seek to hire a Graduate Recruitment Consultant immediately for our nationally recognised and award winning Leeds office.

This is an immediate full time start for a talented individual to join our Education recruitment agency as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. As the market leader within the sector, Teaching Personnel have an unrivalled training programme perfect for Graduates looking to work as a Recruitment Consultant, specifically within the Education sector. We offer a starting salary of 20k (reviewed every quarter) and uncapped commission, it is natural for trainees to progress from a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and earn 30k+ within their first 12 months.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR;

  • Graduate level candidates with strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
  • Ambition and the desire to progress and grow your own business/desk
  • Some understanding of the Education sector (primary/secondary schools)
  • Commitment to self-learning and updating your knowledge of the market
  • A passion for sales and securing long lasting client relationships

Teaching Personnel established in 1996 and provide supply staff to over 3000 schools throughout England and Wales. As the market leader in Education Recruitment, we offer our Recruitment Consultants unrivalled support and on-going training throughout their career. The successful Graduate applying will join our Leeds team, which consists of talented Recruitment Consultants and a supportive management team. Teaching Personnel are hiring ASAP, in addition to working for the market leader, YOU WILL be provided with first rate support and training throughout your career and even into management, a competitive starting salary with the opportunity to be promoted every 3 months. Education Recruitment involves a variety of responsibilities and each day offers something different. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will make planned sales calls, target schools in your chosen geographical patch & sector offering our unrivalled service and quality candidates for temporary and permanent positions. You will be responsible to build and develop your own candidate database (teachers and support staff) in order to successfully service your given client schools. Graduates with previous sales experience or knowledge of the education sector are welcomed to apply, however this is not essential, to be successful via our Graduate recruitment scheme strong communication skills and high levels of organisation and the willingness to learn is just as important.
