At Teaching Personnel we are seeking confident, out-going graduates to work as education recruitment consultants based within our Nottingham office. With roles across Primary education, Secondary & Special educational needs we are keen to speak to those who think they have the skills to work in a fast paced, dynamic ever changing environment!

What does this role entail?

• The recruitment of quality Teaching & Support Staff that you have both sourced and interviewed
  
  

• Offering a excellent service to long-standing clients and consulting on all recruitment & staffing needs
  
  

• Developing new business by rapport building & actively meeting key decision makers to provide quality staffing solutions
  

• Being a primary point of contact to your candidate base - offering career guidance, training opportunities & excellent customer service.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
