Part time Teaching Assistants

Hours: 2-4 days per week, Monday-Friday (term time only)
Salary: £11.85/hr

We are excited to offer an opportunity to undergraduate and postgraduate students who are looking to work in education! We are currently seeking a number of part time Teaching Assistants to work at one of our partner schools in Bournemouth.

This role is at a specialist provision for students aged 11-16 with behavioural needs, ASD and/or social, emotional and mental health needs. You can expect a supportive, high quality working environment, with plenty of support with your professional development.

This is an excellent opportunity for young people looking to build up your experience, or at the start of your career. We can offer flexibility around university commitments on a week-by-week basis.

About you

The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic, and able to engage with students to ensure they receive the individualised support they need to succeed. Prior experience of working in an education setting is desirable but not required, as full training will be given.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
