Are you a recent or upcoming graduate looking for Teaching Assistant work in September?

Are you looking to gain experience in a special educational needs environment?

Would you like to earn £300 a week?

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a number of special needs schools who are seeking recent or upcoming graduates to work as a Teaching Assitant in one of their schools. They are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting young people who have various needs. The schools cater for children who have Autism, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties.

The role of a Teaching Assistant is to support the class Teacher. You will need to make sure that all the pupils are engaged and involved in the classwork, but also to keep noise levels to a minimum. A major role in working in a special need school is providing personal care and toileting.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
