Are you a university graduate living in the Crawley area considering a career in teaching? Teaching Personnel is working with an Ofsted-Outstanding Teacher Training provider who are looking for enthusiastic and committed graduates to enroll on their one-year teacher training course.
As a trainee Primary school teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a wide range of schools, with flexible location options. Our provider’s weekly training sessions follow the Primary curriculum and are delivered by experts in their field. They cover pedagogy, assessment, curriculum, behaviour, and professional behaviour, providing you with a solid foundation in all the skills you need to become a successful teacher.
Each week's training directly links to your in-class teaching the following week, ensuring that you can apply what you've learned in the classroom and make a real impact. You'll continuously improve throughout your journey, and the curriculum is designed to support you in becoming the best teacher you can be. Key themes, such as reading, are revisited throughout the year, ensuring you are confident in teaching all aspects of the curriculum.
Teaching is a highly rewarding career, and there are many good points to consider following your teacher training. Here are just a few:

• Varied and exciting work: No two days are the same when you're a teacher, and there is always something new and exciting happening in the classroom. This makes for a varied and stimulating working environment that is never dull or boring.
