We are currently working with Secondary Schools across Luton who are searching for Graduates who are interested in a career in teaching. 

Highlights of the role as a Graduate Teacher:

  • Gain experience prior to teacher training programme!
  • Join specialist department in school with a focus on development of teaching and learning strategies.
  • Learn whilst you earn - fully paid internship scheme.
  • Deliver small group sessions initially before building confidence to full classroom under guidance of Graduate mentor!

Our client secondary school is a large, popular secondary in Luton with an excellent reputation in the local community for their track record of increasing pupil attainment and often exceeding national expectations, as well as a current Ofsted 'Outstanding' Grade. 

Whilst working as a Graduate Teacher, the successful applicant will:

  • Graduates will work to upskill themselves in their chosen subject as well as refining their skillset and practices in the delivery of lessons.
  • Develop behaviour management skills and rapport building with students.  
  • Graduate Teachers will gain experience within the classroom as a Cover Supervisor and Teaching Assistant.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
