Teaching personnel have an exciting opportunity for a number of graduates to join our successful and expanding Future Teachers Programmes commencing in September 2019.

Graduates will join one of Teaching Personnel's client schools located in South Manchester and will be responsible for providing classroom support, intervention and supervising whole classes in the absence of teachers in their chosen subject. We welcome applications from graduates of all subject specialisms!

The role involve working with young people aged 11-16 in secondary schools located in South Manchester and you will be given the opportunity to experience a variety of roles. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven and hardworking individuals who are able to use their own initiative and can relate to and establish an excellent rapport with students. This role is ideal for graduates who are thinking of pursue a career in teaching as the opportunity to be accepted on to our client schools teacher training programmes.

These roles will incorporate in class support, 1:1 interventions within the core subjects and lesson cover when applicable. Successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring that students adhere to the schools behaviour policies and therefore having prior experience of working with young people would be advantageous.

Our client schools are located across the Local Education Authorities of Trafford, Manchester, Stockport and Tameside. The schools can be easily accessed via public transport and Metrolinks and will be matched up based on your location.
