Full time and part time graduate level Cover Supervisors required for a Salford based Secondary school from February 2019, on an ad-hoc basis, till the end of the academic year.

As the school year progresses our partner Secondary School demand a varied team of support staff who are able to support in the deliver of lessons in the absence of the class teachers.

Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit numerous graduate level Cover Supervisors, to work within their Secondary school, as part of their internal cover team.

  • Earning up to £80 per day, depending on experience.
  • Receive support with opportunities to progress through Teacher Training Programmes and CPD courses.
  • Be flexible in the approach of confidently delivering a wide range of subjects.
  • Deliver pre-set lessons to a high standard.
  • Manage behaviour in the classroom.
  • Promote the school ethos and values.

Graduate Cover Supervisor's working for this developing Secondary school, will be expected to deliver engaging pre-planned lessons in the absence of Teachers. This may include a subject specialist area, or across the /national curriculum, therefore confidence in the delivery of dynamic teaching and learning and the willingness to deliver is highly desirable.

Located at the heart of Salford, this diverse mixed academy has just over 600 pupils on roll, aged 11-18. The academy has seen dramatic changes over the last few years, through the dedicated leadership of the Senior staff.

The school is easily accessible via the M602 and the surrounding areas; Bury, Bolton and Wigan. There are also various public transport options with links throughout Greater Manchester.
