Are you a graduate aspiring to be a secondary teacher? Have you got previous experience working with young people aged 11-16 years?

If so, Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of secondary schools in North Manchester, Rochdale and Oldham who are seeking both Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants to join their school. This is an excellent opportunity for any aspiring teacher to gain invaluable experience prior to starting your teacher training.

Teaching Personnel have been working with secondary schools across England and Wales since 1996. Our Manchester Secondary office has 3 branches working with secondary schools across Greater Manchester, if you are looking for work North of the city centre in one school or a number of schools to network and help aid your teacher training application, we would love to hear from you. Working as a cover supervisor will give you first hand experience covering lessons in the absence of teachers. Teaching assistant work will be supporting in the classroom, possibly on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
