Are you thinking about becoming a Teacher or starting a Teacher Training course and are in need of vital Secondary School experience? Perhaps you have recently graduated and now looking for a route into the education system? Maybe you're an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for your next challenge?

Here at Teaching Personnel, we have several secondary schools searching for committed and professional people to undertake Cover Supervisor roles within the Milton Keynes area.

As a successful Cover Supervisor, you will be required to deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of a class teacher on a short-term basis. Schools are looking for dynamic and engaging staff that are able to build strong and lasting relationships with learners and staff.

You need to be calm under pressure and happy to cover a wide variety of subjects, although we are seeking specialists in Maths, English & Science. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an educational setting and many Cover Supervisors go on to be very successful teachers.

You will ideally have experience in a school, tuition or alternative education setting already, Cover Supervisors will also be required to provide other supervisory and administrative duties, including providing in-class support as Teaching Assistants.
