Geography Teacher

Our client secondary school located in the Trafford area of Greater Manchester is looking for a Geography teacher to start with the following the Easter break. This is a temporary position for the duration of the summer term. The successful Geography teacher will be required to teach at KS3 in the main, with the year 11 students due to leave for study leave during the term, however there will be some year 10 classes as part of this Geography assignment. Given the nature of the role, being for the entire term until the summer holiday, planning and marking will be expected as part of this full time Geography teaching position.

The Head of Humanities is looking for a passionate Geography teacher to join this large department encompassing Geography, History and Religious Education. Innovative and fresh lessons is something that this school is keen on, ensuring students across the age range and of all abilities are stretched and challenged accordingly.
