Geography Teacher Required for September Start

  • QTS Status essential
  • Ability to teach to KS4 ideally

Are you passionate for teaching Geography? We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, determined and creative Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our Head of Department within a successful and collaborative team.

Our Geography department are dedicated in ensuring all lessons are engaging so that our students are able to thrive. We are committed to all students making progress through use of the thinking four, sharing of ideas, good practice and innovative resources.

The successful candidate will have:

A passion for teaching Geography;

Experience of teaching KS3 and KS4 Geography;

An outstanding practitioner of Geography with a proven track record of examination outcomes at KS4;

The ability to create and facilitate highly challenging and engaging lessons;

The highest aspirations and expectations for all students, yourself and our school.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
