“We require a Geography teacher to join our thriving Humanities department from Monday 6th January on a part time basis. The successfully appointed Geography teacher is required for 3.5 days on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon. You will be expected to teach Geography at KS3 primarily with a few classes of KS4 and will receive full support from our highly supportive Humanities department”

Our client secondary school situated in the Tameside area is looking to recruit a motivated and confident Geography teacher to cover this long term absence within a highly reputable secondary school. As advised by the Head of Humanities, the school require an excellent classroom practitioner who is a subject specialist. Being an outstanding school situated in the Tameside area, the Geography teacher should be willing to take on all additional responsibilities. Applications are being accepted from NQTs, fully qualified teachers or an existing supply teacher with the experience and availability to teach Geography on a part time basis.
Highlights of this Geography teaching position:
- Pay between GBP1540 - GBP1750 per month in line with payscale and dependent upon experience
- Work within a highly supportive Humanities department where each member of staff (supply and support included) is a valued member of the team
- Work within an outstanding secondary school in the Tameside area
- Part time teaching position (3.5 days per week) starting in January for the remainder of the 2019 – 2020 academic year

The M67 and M60 motorway networks are very nearby making this school easy to get to for any car drivers.
