Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Geography teacher to enrich the learning and development of their KS3/KS4 students. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they implement creative lessons to keep students engaged and interested in the subject. It is preferable that you have experience within a classroom, or a similar environment and are familiar with the national curriculum. It is encouraged that you have excellent subject knowledge and strong behaviour management as students will be sitting important examinations at the end of the year with the expectation that they over achieve there expected grades.

Overview of the role

  • Ensure that work is prepared with up to date material in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, record and report on the progress, attendance, development and attainment of students
  • Challenge students through classwork, homework and class tests
