The Role:
The school are looking to appoint a teacher of Geography with the ability to teach across KS3/KS4 and make a significant contribution to the schools humanities department. The post would be suitable for an NQT seeking to start their teaching career as part of an effective and supportive team. We will be considering all applicants up until the closing date of the advert, pay will be to your current pay scale however is up for negotiation for the correct applicant. The school are willing to consider full and part time candidates for this role.
The School:
The school located in Whitchurch has achieved a result of outstanding at its last inspection; they offer a strong leadership team, with a highly caring and supportive ethos and able and friendly staff. Easily reachable from Winchester, Southampton, and Basingstoke via the M3 and A34 as well as London with fast rail links.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
