General Teaching Assistant Required

Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for a role we have available in the Weymouth area.

We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants who have:

  1. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification/ SEN qualification (we will accept individuals who do not obtain the correct qualifications, if they can demonstrate a genuine passion for Education and/or SEN and have a proven track record of supporting primary aged children, including those with additional needs.)
  2. At least 6 months experience working within an educational based setting, preferably across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, either in a paid or voluntary capacity
  3. Excellent behaviour management skills
  4. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  5. A passion and enthusiasm to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of each individual pupil
  6. A confident personality and be willing to get involved in all aspects of the school life
