Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant, seeking a full time role in York?

We are currently seeking committed Teaching Assistants to support within our client primary school's across York. We have a range of full time roles available to start from the October half term, as well as flexible roles for the right candidates.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold relevant qualifications and/or training
  • Have recent classroom experience OR experience supporting children aged 0-11 in an alternative setting
  • Be dedicated and willing to go the extra mile
  • Be a positive role model, who is able to engage children with their learning
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents

Ideally, you will be available full time and have access to your own transport, however, this is not essential.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
