Science Teaching Assistant position open in a good London Boys’ School, join a team which is committed to Raising Boys’ Achievement by focusing on individual students’ strengths and needs. The school has a focus on helping students to fulfil their potential to go on to a diverse range of further education and work opportunities. Equally, celebrating the success of those students who come to the school with little or no English or who have a special education need and go on to exceed expectations.

Staff at the School may on occasion have development opportunities within the Academy Trust which includes working with the sister Girls’ School and Enterprise Studio.

THE ROLE: 5 days per week, Science Teaching Assistant, seeking Science graduates who would be interested in pursuing a career in teacher training scheme in a fantastic London school. You will be joining an excellent and friendly Science department, enabling one to gain vital experience with hands on teaching in a fully supportive environment.


Must hold a degree in science based subject

Previous UK teaching experience – some tuition experience

A can do/proactive attitude

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
