Science teacher – Trafford

Teaching Personnel work in partnership with an all girl’s school in Trafford for their staffing requirements. The school are looking to appoint Science teacher who is passionate and motivated about education. The position is to start in the new academic year, full time. Initially the position is on a temporary basis for the first term for instance with the opportunity for the role to become a permanent post.

The all girls’ school is located in Urmston with excellent public transport facilities. The Trafford school has been graded good by Ofsted with outstanding features. The Trafford school strive for high achievement and excellence throughout the school. Attributes the school are looking for in a Science teacher are a dedication, determination and passion the school are looking for a Science teacher to become a real asset to the team. With the school being smaller than average this allows the teaching staff to have strong professional relationships with the Girls. The successful Science teacher is expected to inspire the girls to discover their talents and fulfil their potential through the schools founding principles of aspiration, empowerment and excellence. The Science teacher will be teaching up to KS4 and taking on full classroom responsibilities.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
