SEN Science Teacher - PRU - Chichester

Teaching Personnel are currently working with an Pupil referral Unit in Chichester who are in need of a Fully Qualified Science Teacher to start in September in a full-time position.

The school cater for secondary aged pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education and have challenging behavior traits. In addition, some pupils may have ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia. The class sizes are very small with normal 5-6 pupils in a class which would also have two Teaching Assistants supporting the Teacher.

The ideal candidate would be a Fully Qualified Teacher who specialises in Science. You would need to be able to work full time and be available to start in September. Previous experience working with SEN children in a school or other setting this is an advantage. If you are trained in Team Teach this would be an advantage.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
