Experienced Science Teacher wanted for school in Basingstoke

Our client in Basingstoke are looking to appoint a full time Science teacher who is able to teach at least two of the following; Chemistry, Biology and Physics. You must be Passionate about teaching and able to promote the benefits of learning the sciences to the students. We would require you to be able to lead lessons, set and mark coursework, and become a part of the school community representing and working within the ethos the school holds.

The ideal teacher would have:

• A proven track record for improving attainment preferably with statistics to back this up

• A passionate and positive attitude towards teaching and the ability to encourage students to have this attitude to learning

• The ability to commit to what could become a permanent position

The school is based in Basingstoke and is rated “Good” by Ofsted, our other teachers who have worked there have all said that they have enjoyed the work there as well as the pupils and would recommend others to work there. It has great transport links with a local train station regular bus contact near by and being situated just off the M3.
