SCIENCE TEACHER- GENERAL - CARDIFF

Here at Teaching Personnel we have been approached by one of our Secondary Schools on the outskirts of Cardiff to support with their recruitment for a general Science Teacher. The schools have specified the need for a Science Teacher to be able to start before the Christmas break.

The school are happy with Teachers of any Science specialism,but have stated that the successful Teacher needs to be competent in delivering KS3 general Science as this will be the bulk of your timetable. The role specifics:

  • Full time position until the end of the Academic year
  • Previous Teaching experience is required although NQT applications will be considered
  • Pay rates from £157 per day (negotiable upon appointment)
  • Pupils ages 11-16
  • Strong understanding of the curriculum
  • Ability to Teach across General Sciences Biology, Chemistry & Physics

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
