An important task each spring is to establish an invigilation team for the forthcoming May-June GCSE and A Level examinations. We would like to recruit individuals who are available in May and/or June and interested in working an agreed number of hours to cover the examinations taking place over this period.
Invigilators play a key role in upholding the integrity of the examination process and ensuring the examinations are conducted in accordance with the relevant regulations.
Experience is not required, as training will be provided, but an ideal candidate will:
• be flexible
• have effective communication skills
• be confident and a reassuring presence to candidates in exam rooms
