If you are a teacher considering taking a step back from the stresses of full-time teaching, then supply work could be the right thing for you. Teaching Personnel have partnerships with a large number of primary, secondary and SEN schools in the Dorset area and we are able to offer regular supply work and long-term contracts.

What do we need from you?

• A recent DBS certificate registered on the update service: You make an online application for the certificate, we take care of the rest

• 2 references: This is part of our vetting process and commitment to schools

• An up to date CV - this is integral in helping to secure the type of work you need.

• Your commitment to quality: Teaching Personnel recruit the best staff and schools know this. The more commitment and flexibility you have, the more work we find you.

What do we offer in return?

• Completive supply rates starting from £100 per day for fully qualified teachers: Fuel allowance available on a case by case basis.

• Regular work in a range of schools local to you. We can offer more work than anywhere else in Bournemouth and Poole

• Ongoing CPD to keep you up-to-date in education

• Access to TP portal, an online hub for that offers you training, an online diary, information on bookings and payslips and all the information you need.
