If you are a teacher considering taking a step back from the stresses of full-time teaching, then supply work could be the right thing for you. Teaching Personnel have partnerships with a large number of primary, secondary and SEN schools in the Dorset area and we are able to offer regular supply work and long-term contracts.
What do we need from you?
A recent DBS certificate registered on the update service: You make an online application for the certificate, we take care of the rest
2 references: This is part of our vetting process and commitment to schools
An up to date CV - this is integral in helping to secure the type of work you need.
Your commitment to quality: Teaching Personnel recruit the best staff and schools know this. The more commitment and flexibility you have, the more work we find you.
What do we offer in return?
Competitive supply rates starting from £100 per day for fully qualified teachers: Fuel allowance available on a case by case basis.
Regular work in a range of schools local to you. We can offer more work than anywhere else in Bournemouth and Poole
Ongoing CPD to keep you updated in education
Access to TP portal, an online hub for that offers you training, an online diary, information on bookings and payslips and all the information you need.
