Experienced KS2 Teacher required to cover a Maternity within a Larger than average Blackburn Primary School.

  • Opportunity to secure a longer term/perm position within a 'Good' Blackburn Primary School.
  • Experience working across and Raising Attainment within KS2 is essential for this role.
  • Bilingual capabilities, in particular Urdu, Punjabi and Gujarati speaking are highly sought after.

Teaching Personnel is seeking to recruit an experienced KS2 teacher to cover a Maternity within a 'larger than average' Blackburn Primary School. The position is to start in January 2017 and run for 12 months. The successful applicant will be required to cover a variety of classes across KS2. Planning, delivered and assessing SATs and evidence of excellent Primary School classroom practice references are essential for this role.

The school is easily accessible from junction 3, 4 and 5 of the M65 and is located with the Blackburn area. Behaviour in school has been reported at 'Good' and pupils show good progress across KS1 and KS2.This position offers candidates the scope to develop their career, alongside upholding high expectations of learning, attainment and behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
