Are you an teacher looking for work in the Sleaford area? Do you have experience of teaching students with a range of Special Educational Needs? Are you local to Sleaford area? We have the perfect role for you.

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint an General cover teacher for a school in South Lincolnshire, near Sleaford. If successful, the role will become a permanent position, working directly through the school.

An ideal candidate will have:

-Experience of supporting vulnerable young adults and children

-Excellent behaviour management skills

- A nurturing approach

-Autism Awareness Training

The school caters for students with Social Emotional Mental Health and other complex needs. It is a small school with its own residential unit for pupils age 14 plus. The majority of the students are high achieving following the National Curriculum. Students needs include Autism, ADHD and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
