Teaching Personnel are recruiting numerous graduates to work in our partner Secondary school based in Salford on a full time basis from September 2019, as part of our Future Teachers Programme.

This large over subscribed Secondary School, is one of the many schools working in partnership with our Future Teachers Programme. With an increase demand for teachers specialising in one of the Core subjects; English/Maths/Science, we are looking to appoint high calibre graduates with subject specialism to work in our client school ahead of a teacher training course.

What to expect?

  • Teaching Assistant roles, Cover supervisor, Exam Preparation and Intervention Led support are a few of the roles you can expect to lead from September 2019.
  • Opportunity to gain experience teaching your subject curriculum - English/Maths/Science.
  • Hands-on experience through out the academic year working in a range of secondary schools.
  • Opportunity to receive continued support through professional developmental courses, assigned mentors and senior leadership.
  • Get paid whilst learning with the potential to progress on to a schools direct programme at the school - earn up to £60 per day.

*In order to be considered for this programme you must hold or be in the process of completing a Degree, minimum, in one or more of subject specialism - English/Maths/Science.*

The Future Teachers Programme is intended to work as a stepping stone to get you working in the schools of your choice, to gain practical experience prior to training to teach. You will receive valuable hands-on experience and support from staff to help you build on your experience, marking and delivering lessons within your subject specialism and have the opportunity to progress on to a schools direct placement at the school.

With continued support through observations and termly reviews, with either your senior mentor or your specialist education consultant, you can expect to receive continued feedback in relevant areas; class/behaviour management varied learning styles and or reflective practice.
