Job Title: Looking for Male SEN Teaching Assistants in the West London area (Female may apply to0 but the school have requested a male TA)

Location: Northolt

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Salary: £80 - £95 (Can be negotiated if expereinced)

Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff, ensuring that students receive the best possible education and personal development. You will work collaboratively with classroom teachers and provide assistance in various aspects of classroom management and student support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students with their academic and personal development.
  • Monitor and record student progress and report to the teaching staff.
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
  • Personal care

Qualifications:

  • A relevant teaching assistant qualification or experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of best practices in education support.
  • Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake training).
  • DBS (Childwork force only)
  • Care background 
  • SEN Training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
