About the Role

As a Future Teacher of English, you’ll be an integral part of the English Department from day one. Working alongside experienced teachers and mentors, you’ll support lessons, work with students in small groups, and gradually take on more teaching responsibilities as your confidence and skills grow.

You’ll receive ongoing professional development and tailored support, ensuring you’re fully prepared to qualify as an English teacher by the end of the two-year programme.

• A degree in English or a related subject (required)

• Some experience working with young people or in an educational setting (desired)

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

• Commitment to completing the two-year training programme and achieving QTS
