**Job Advert: Teaching Assistants Wanted for September 2023 Start!**

**Location: Slough **

** Pay: £77-£90**

Teaching Personnel are market leaders in education and are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team for the September 2023 intake. Positions are available in Slough and the surrounding areas, providing an excellent opportunity to work in diverse and thriving educational environments.

**Job Role: Teaching Assistant**

Responsibilities:

- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

- Assisting individual students or small groups with their learning needs.

- Encouraging student participation and fostering a positive learning environment.

- Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students as needed.

- Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred, but not essential.

- Passionate about education and supporting the learning journey of students.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Full vetting and reference checks will be required.

- A valid DBS on the update service is desirable, but if you do not have one, we can assist you in obtaining it.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
