KS2 Teacher Kingston Upon Thames - Primary

An oversubscribed 2 form entry Primary School is recruiting for an experienced KS2 Teacher to join a team of practitioners on a full time basis after the Easter break. The school is located in the vibrant area of Kingston Upon Thames, hosts. The borough of Kingston has lots of open spaces and is well connected with its neighbouring boroughs. This full time position will be contracted initially until the end of the academic year. There is also a possibility that this role could lead to a generous offer of a permanent placement. The school is spacious and modern with great facilities and has a great reputation within the LEA. Experience working with children within KS2 is required. If you are a dedicated year KS2 Teacher then this could be a great opportunity for you.

About the Role

  • KS2 Teacher.
  • Full Time.
  • 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).
  • Planning and teaching lessons within the KS2 curriculum.

  • In order to be considered for this KS2 Teacher role you will need to meet the following criteria:
  • NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers welcome to apply
  • Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
  • Proven experience teaching the UK or an equivalent curriculum

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
