The Role

Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest Education Staffing Agency, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and engaging Reception class teacher on behalf of a one form entry Primary School in PRESTON. The role is full-time and is expected to continue until the end of the 2019/20 academic year; however there is potential for a temporary to permanent contract. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely alongside the EYFS/KS1 Lead with planning and the organisation of the class. This role is to cover a planned absence in school, the Headteacher does work closely with a cluster of Headteachers in the area and is committed to the development of staff, and has noted they will support the sucessful candidate in securing their next teaching post for the 2020/21 academic year.

This is a one-form entry primary school rapidly improving due to the inspiring team of Senior Leaders and experienced Education Professionals. Staff morale is high and everyone is collectively focused on raising standards. Behaviour in the classroom was described as 'GOOD' by Ofsted. The pupils have a good attitude toward learning and conduct themselves well at all times.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Recent teaching experience in Early Years and have good knowledge of the EYFS areas of learning
