Job description

Teaching Personnel is working with a mainstream Secondary school, based in Coleshill (B46) who are looking for a Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Coach to work with small groups students who are currently struggling within mainstream school,.

You will be working predominantly with KS3 students, but there are also KS4 students within the school as well. The school is a mainstream Secondary school, but it has a specialist unit within the school. The role is full time, and will run up until the end of the academic year for the right person.

The right candidate will have experience working with young people/adults with challenging behaviour and SEN; particular SEMH. Experience within a school based setting would be desirable. They are looking to trial asap, and would be looking for some to start as soon as they can.

You will need a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.

The school is very close to Coleshill train station so it would be suitable for candidates on public transport.
