On behalf of a mainstream secondary school in Plymouth, Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic teaching assistant to support a boy with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will either have experience with in a secondary school environment or have health and social care experience with young adults. The role will be full time, 5 days a week and will continue until the end of the academic year. Commitment to the role is essential due to continuity for the child. On a daily basis you will be supporting the child with their academic studies, shadowing around the school when required and ensuring safety. This school is in central Plymouth so there are public transport links close by.
