Fully Qualified Teacher required immediately in outstanding SEN school!

Do you have experience of teaching students with SEN?

Are you available immediately in the Catford area and looking for a new and exciting challenge?

A special school for primary age students with ASC, SLD and PMLD are looking for a teacher to join their team as soon as possible. The class that will be taught is for key stage 2 students with mixed complex needs including ASC and SLD. Potential candidates must have experience of teaching students with SEN. It is a full time post and will last until at least the end of the summer term 2018. You will be supported by a HLTA and at least two other teaching assistants.

The school has excellent facilities for its students including hydrotherapy/swimming pool, soft play, sensory rooms and a sensory garden. The senior leadership team are supportive and there is a CPD training programme available.

If you are interested in this position you will be required to have:

  • QTS
  • Experience of teaching students with ASC/SLD
  • Full time availability and able to start straight away
  • A DBS registered to the update service
  • References from your two most recent employers
