Foundation Phase Teaching Assistant required in Monmouth

Job description

We are looking to appoint a temporary hardworking and passionate Teaching Assistant to join a Reception class in a primary school in Monmouth. The class will be for a class of 50 children in an open plan classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing children with behavioural, EAL and SEN needs. We are looking to attract a teaching assistant who has had experience of numerous interventions that take account of a variety of learning styles, both indoors and outside.

You will be working Monday - Friday between the hours 8:30am- 4pm.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
