Are you eager to transfer your knowledge and skills in to the classroom, inspiring the children within your care?
Teaching Personnel are looking for a Foundation Phase teacher who has a passion for working with young pupils within a mainstream setting. You will be an enthusiastic and energetic teacher who has a passion for working with the Foundation Phase framework and will be looking for a long term position within one of our Blaenau Gwent schools. Newly Qualified Teachers and Recently Qualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
The teacher would have prior experience working in the Foundation Phase classroom setting, and will have a clear understanding of how to implement the framework to a high standard by delivering creative and innovative lessons to inspire the pupils in the classroom. The ideal teacher will be passionate and driven and will have a nurturing approach to support the learning. The Teacher would have excellent classroom management skills and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
The successful candidate
- Hold UK QTS status
- Have good classroom and behaviour management skills
- Able to differentiate work across the class
- Demonstrate outstanding practice.
- Be a confident and motivated individual who can build good relationships
Teaching Personnel are seeking:
- A recognised Teaching qualification including QTS
- Are registered with the education workforce council
- Be confident in teaching in the Foundation Phase.
- Be a challenging and inspiring teacher
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
