Teacher of Food Technology - Thanet
An Ofsted rated “Good” school in Thanet are looking for a Qualified or Newly Qualified Teacher of Food Technology to join their very experienced and established Technology department in April 2021.
Highly regarded in the local area of Thanet, this school has state of the art equipment to allow staff to deliver highly engaging and informative food technology lessons daily. The successful applicant with have the opportunity to teach Food Technology to Key Stage 3 & 4 students.

Job Description
- Food Technology Teacher
- Newly Qualified Food Technology Teachers urged to apply.
- Supportive NQT induction: 1:1 SLT Mentor, In & Out of house training, fellow peers support, aims & objectives and lesson observations
- September 2020 start – Full Time
- MPS1 – 6
- Located in Thanet, Kent
Personal Specification
- Must have UK QTS or be in the process of obtaining
- Must have experience teaching Food Technology
- Must be an ambitious individual, that is keen to progress at the School
- Strong academics throughout: GCSEs, A Levels and Degree
- Must meet the majority of the 8 Teaching standards to a Good or Outstanding standard
- You must be able to work effectively as part of a large team of Teachers!
