Are you a Teacher of Food Technology? Are you available full-time in September 2017?

If so, I have a mainstream secondary school in Leyland who are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Food Technology to start in September on a full-time basis. Graded “Good” overall by Ofsted, this diverse secondary school has a large percentage of students eligible for free school meals and English as an additional language. This will be a full time post teaching Food Technology and Nutrition to students in KS3 and GCSE from September to the end of the academic year.

You will need to full endorse the schools ethos and values, have excellent subject knowledge and be prepared to undertake any additional CDP or training courses planned by the school in order to achieve excellent teaching standards throughout the school.

As a teacher of Food Technology you will need to have the ability to inspire students and have a clear passion for your subject and for your profession.

You will need to be available for interviews and trial days planned by the school in this final term. As a requirement you must have QTS or NQTS, suitable teaching references and a fully enhanced DBS.
