Food Technology teacher required for a maternity cover in Manchester – November start.

Are you an experienced Food Technology teacher (KS3/GCSE) seeking a new position in Manchester? Do you have extensive experience teaching GCSE Food and can you commit to a maternity cover which could be for 12 months? Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a large mixed secondary school in south Manchester for a Food Technology teacher, this position is set to start after the October half term break on a full time basis, this could potentially be until November 2018.

- Food Technology teacher , maternity cover in Manchester

- Must have experience teaching GCSE Food Tech

- Modern school with excellent facilities in south Manchester

- Easily reached via the M60 and M56, secure on-site parking

- Employed via supply initially, earn up to £150 per day (MPS)

- Supportive Technology department boasting excellent facilities

This is an excellent opportunity for a Food Technology teacher to work within a supportive department, you’ll be required to undertake full teaching responsibilities during your tenure here including marking, planning schemes of work and monitoring children’s progress. Situated in the south Manchester area and bordering Trafford, this is a large and well facilitated secondary school. Working under a driven and motivated leadership team, this is an excellent opportunity for a Food Technology teacher to work in a challenging but rewarding environment and teach their specialist subject.
