️ Food Technology Teacher – Exciting Supply Opportunity! ️

Are you a passionate and creative Food Technology Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of young chefs and confident cooks? We are seeking an enthusiastic specialist to join a thriving secondary school on a supply basis, delivering engaging and hands-on Food Technology lessons.

Location: Secondary Schools across the region
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time or Part-time Supply
Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)

‍ The Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Food Technology lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, following the national curriculum. Your role will include:

  • Planning and delivering practical and theory-based lessons

  • Supporting students of mixed abilities

  • Ensuring a safe, organised, and hygienic classroom environment

  • Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback

  • Contributing to a positive and inspiring learning atmosphere

✨ What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

  • Experience teaching Food Technology in UK secondary schools

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A passion for practical learning and creativity

  • Ability to adapt quickly in new school environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
