Flexible Teaching Assistants

Flexible Teaching Assistants required from January 2019 for a number of excellent well respected Secondary schools in the North East Lincolnshire LEA.

  • Teaching Assistants - Flexible work for the remainder of the academic year

Did you know; whilst working through Teaching Personnel you will have opportunities to work through our Secondary, Primary and Specialist SEN Branches.

Working as a Teaching Assistant within a number of our client Secondary schools you will be playing a pivotal role, ensuring that lessons operate smoothly and looking out for the welfare of our students within school.

If you have transferable experience supporting anyone with ASC, ADHD or other SEN requirements then there will be a number of opportunities to work alongside students on a 1:1 basis this academic year.

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant;

  • Liaising with students during the lesson ensuring that they are okay with the work that has been set.
  • Working closely with the class teacher, assisting with the management of the classroom
  • Providing 1:1 support for identified students who may require support outside of the classroom environment

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
