Teaching Personnel are currently working with a large number of Primary Schools across the Blackburn with Darwen area. We have already had a number of schools come to us with vacancies for September across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and with the resignation deadline fast approaching we are anticipating many more Head teachers to approach us for strong dynamic teachers who are experienced in the delivery of high quality lesson content.

With this in mind, we are currently looking to recruit a number of Final Year Trainee Teachers who will be looking to secure an NQT post from September. We currently have a number of Teachers completing their induction through Teaching Personnel within schools across Lancashire who have had excellent starts to their teaching careers with Teaching Personnel. We are keen to continue supporting Teachers who are looking to upskill and complete their induction year within our welcoming Primary Schools.

The registration process is efficient providing you have kept your placement reports and you have permission from your two most recent placements that they will provide a reference. You will also require a DBS on the update service online.

The Teaching Personnel Lancashire Primary Branch is made up of four experienced recruitment consultants who have longstanding relationships with schools across the whole of Lancashire. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
